Having stayed at Pensiunea Panoramic recently, I was impressed by the excellent breakfast specially prepared for us, setting us off on the right foot for a day of exploring the Carpathian Mountains. The location was truly exceptional - nestled in a pastoral setting where the gentle sounds of chickens greeted us each morning, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere.The room we stayed in was not only great for a good night's sleep but also cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home in the mountains. The warm welcome we received from the hosts added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel like we were part of the local community. The option of using the well-equipped kitchen was a boon, especially after late arrivals when nearby restaurant recommendations weren't feasible. The kitchen facilities were modern and had everything we needed, including the option to use the barbecue for a delightful outdoor dining experience. The free WiFi and the availability of bicycles allowed us to explore the area easily, with Poenari Citadel just a short distance away. The shared kitchen was a nice touch and added to the communal atmosphere of the guest house.Pensiunea Panoramic provided a comfortable and welcoming environment, ideal for those looking to explore the natural beauty of the Carpathian Mountains. The proximity to key attractions like Poenari Citadel and the Transfagarasan, coupled with the friendly hosts, made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this eco-friendly mountain lodge to anyone seeking an authentic and immersive experience in the heart of nature.
